BUILT ON TRUST.

BACKED BY EXPERIENCE.

For more than 25 years, we’ve built and remodeled homes with a straightforward approach: listen carefully, communicate honestly and do the work to a high standard.

We believe the best projects are built through strong relationships, thoughtful planning and a shared commitment to getting the details right.

Built Differently From the Beginning

Collective Construction was built around a simple belief: how a home is built matters just as much as how it looks.

For more than 25 years, Matt Lamb has approached construction with high standards, a deep understanding of building science and a commitment to doing things the right way. That mindset continues to shape every custom home and remodel we take on today.

High Standards Are in the Details

A well-built home should feel as good to live in as it looks. That means thinking beyond finishes and paying attention to the details that affect comfort, performance and longevity.

Matt Lamb
Founder & Owner

Matt Lamb has spent more than 25 years in construction, developing a deep understanding of not only how homes are built, but how they should perform.

His approach is rooted in high standards, careful planning and doing things the right way, even when the details may never be seen. His knowledge of building science influences decisions throughout each project, from the structure and building envelope to the systems and finishes that shape how a home feels and performs.

Matt believes in asking the difficult questions early, communicating directly and working through challenges together.

That combination of technical knowledge, craftsmanship and personal accountability continues to shape how Collective Construction builds today.

High Standards Show in the Finished Home

The details behind the walls matter. So do the ones you see every day.

From the way a home is planned and built to the craftsmanship of the finished spaces, we bring the same high standards to every stage of the project.

The result is a home that feels considered, performs well and reflects the people who live there.
